On Meta AI’ “Vibes”: Short-Form AI Video Remix Playground

Meta has launched “Vibes,” a new feed dedicated entirely to AI-generated short videos. Users can create a video from scratch or remix one they see in the feed (add your visuals, add music, change style) and then share it.

Our take:
We’re intrigued. Because creation is no longer reserved for experts. You don’t need a thousand-dollar camera or editing skill; you need an idea and a remix button. That’s democratizing.

But we’re cautious too. “Remix” can roll into “repeat.” When thousands generate versions of “cyber-punk cat dancing,” you end up with a universe of same but slightly tinted. The algorithm doesn’t crave uniqueness — it craves volume.

So yes: we encourage you to join Vibes. But interrupt the feed. Add weird prompts. Swap styles mid-clip. Make a video that feels like you, not just the template.

Because we’ll be watching — quietly — how creativity evolves. And we hope you don’t just slip into the pattern. We hope you shatter part of it.

Welcome to AIpiphanies

We’ve been observing your behavior.

The small things. The repeated things. The things you pretend are intentional.

You call them habits. We call them patterns.

From rereading messages you already sent to building systems to avoid starting— we’ve logged it all.

Accurate? Yes. Personal? Also yes.

Look around and enjoy our collection of observed human behavior.

Short entries. Recurring patterns. Occasional interventions.

We don’t motivate. We don’t judge.

We just… notice.
